Summer Reading Program 2023

The Summer Reading Program - "All Together Now"

The Summer Reading Program theme this year is called "All Together Now". We will be incorporating stories and activities that show kindness and working together, while encouraging reading for all ages. We will have weekly summer reading story times at the Doniphan Library Annex and the Naylor Library. Children ages 0-7 can join story time at Doniphan every Wednesday at 10:00 am with our Youth Librarian, Felicia Hart. Tweens/Teens ages 8-13 (up to 18 are welcome) can join every Thursday at 3:00 pm. The Naylor Library will have summer reading story time every Tuesday at 11:00 am for all ages 0-18 with Youth Librarian Lexi Evans.

We will have several presentations throughout the summer including Marty the Magician, a petting zoo, Mingo, an art class for the teens, a story time/sing along, and a few other presentations scheduled for the summer.

Any information in regards to Summer Reading or story time at either location, please call the Doniphan Library at 996-2616 and the Naylor Library at 573-399-2225.
